Area descriptions

A new field has been added to the create/edit area screen so you can now give each area a description.  The description can include HTML and can be displayed on area pages, both in a subarea list or on the area itself.

Import/Export comment templates

You can now import and export comment templates, which means import and export is now working for all templates and plugins.

UserCP - New content list

Instead of just displaying the newest articles on your site, registered users will now be able to keep track of which articles they haven't viewed yet.  New articles will remain "unread" until viewed.  An article will become "unread" again if it is edited or a comment is posted on it.

Installer changes

The installer home page is now much shorter, removing a lot of unnecessary information.  Also, there is now an extra confirmation step when you click the upgrade link - this means you can make sure you actually want to upgrade.

Article form layout

The create/edit article screen has been reorganised to reduce the amount of information on the screen.  Tabs along the bottom provide access to all of the features you are used to.  No features have been removed.
