Injader 2.0.0 Release Notes
Improvements
- Removal of file areas - includes simplified templates and permissions, plus significant code changes to get everything working! For sites running older versions, any public files will be migrated toarticles with attachments when you upgrade.
- Per-article permissions - you can now create posts that only certain user groups can view. Users will need to be registered and logged in (and in the group/s you specify) to view the posts.
- Undelete content - articles will no longer be permanently removed from your site, so you can reinstate them if you delete a post in error.
- XML sitemap - this helps search engines to find every public page on your site. No need to install a separate plugin - the sitemap is built-in.
- View permission on system permission profile - you can now prevent guests and other user groups from accessing your whole site, rather than having to assign an area-specific permission profile first.
Fixes
- WYSIWYG editor - when combining font size/font colour settings, not all styles are remembered.
- Access Log - when excluding a user, guests should are also excluded. They should not be excluded in this case.
- Manage Content - too many page numbers when searching by area.
- My Content - page number links don't work until you search for something.
- My Content - status field is not remembered when clicking on page number links.
- Add/Edit Article - warning message if only one area permits file attachments.
- Meta description - certain symbols can break the HTML.
