If you're not logged in:
Add login.php to the end of the URL and you should be able to log in. If you are logged in (or if you just logged in using my help): Add admin to the end of the URL and go to Permission Profiles. Edit the "System" Permission Profile and check the permissions for View Area. Tick the boxes for each user group you'd like to allow in. Guest will allow logged out users to view the site; Administrator will allow you to view it. Let me know how you get on. I'm sure that this could be made easier if you get this screen unexpectedly. A link to the login form would help, if you're not already logged in. Or a link to the AdminCP if you are an administrator. |

In 2.0.1, I added a link to the login form from this error page. Unless you're already logged in and you get an access error - in which case the link will not appear.
